Position Title: Installed Base Engineer Leader

Job Responsibilities:
·Lead to Track, analyze product quality data in field,
  organize team to identify design solution to solve quality issues ;
·Follow quality procedure, drive FMI (Field Modification Instruction) execution,
  CSO/PQR/PSR closure properly . (Note: CSO/PQR/PSR are all field quality reports used by GEHC)
·Provide top level service support to global OLC (On-Line-Center) engineers and Service Engineers

Educational Profile:
·Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering/Computer Science Engineering

Experience Profile:
·Have comprehensive background of Engineering.
·Knowing GEHC NPI development process, experienced at product quality handling.
·2 years+ working experience in global companies.
·Knowledge of quality control and statistics.(SPC tools)

Personal Profile:
·Strong customer sense, style of quick driving tasks.
·Passionate to technology.
·Good Communications and proficient written and Spoken English.
·Team player with boundless spirit
